Melt 1 stick of butter in a large frying pan on low heat.
Add 1/2 cup flour and stir to make a thick gravy.
Add the half & half (if too thick, use milk to thin).

Add shrimp or crab.
Cook 1/2 large package spinach fettucini and mix with shrimp in frying pan.
