Shrimp with Garlic Sauce
Shrimp With Garlic Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 to 24 jumbo shrimp, 3/4 c. butter, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 4 shallots, sliced and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Peel and devein shrimp.
Melt butter.
Add garlic and shallots.
Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, parsley and wine.
Place shrimp on a broiler pan.
Pour 1/2 garlic butter mixture over shrimp.
Broil 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
Turn shrimp over, pour remaining butter mixture and broil 3 minutes.
Allow shrimp to marinate 2 minutes before serving.
