Shrimp Victoria
Shrimp Victoria is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw cleaned shrimp, 1 small onion, chopped fine, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute shrimp and onion in margarine
5 to 10 minutes, until shrimp is pink and tender.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle flour, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in sour cream and gently minutes (do not boil). Serve over white rice.
