Shrimp Soup
Shrimp Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen rice, peas and mushrooms, 1 (5 oz.) can shrimp, drained and 2 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 2-quart saucepan, gradually blend milk and 1 cup water into soup.
Add frozen rice, peas and mushrooms, shrimp, parsley and curry.
Cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
