Shrimp Skillet
Shrimp Skillet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup, 3/4 c. boiling water, 2/3 c. instant rice, 1 (7 to 8 oz.) pkg. frozen, cooked shrimp and 1/2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place soup in an electric skillet.
Pour in water. Cover. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice, shrimp, celery and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until it's done.
Garnish with olives.
