Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. shrimp, 2 pkg. small elbow macaroni, 6 boiled eggs, 1 head lettuce and 2 or 3 tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil shrimp in crab boil.
Cook macaroni and chill.
Cut up eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, celery and pepper.
Mix shrimp, macaroni, eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, celery, pepper and peas.
Season with celery seed, parsley and seasoning salt.
Mix salad dressing with mixture.
