Shrimp Salad
Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cooked shrimp, 1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh), 1 c. diced celery, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

If canned shrimp are used, soak them in cold water for 2 minutes.
Drain them and moisten with lemon juice. Then add celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and celery salt.
Garnish the salad with the olives and watercress.
Serve on tomato slices.
