Shrimp Quiche
Shrimp Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 deep-dish pie crusts, 1 carton cream and milk mixture, 8 eggs, 12 oz. coarsely grated swiss cheese and 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 425°.
Line pie crusts with Swiss cheese. Saute shrimp with garlic and green onions.
Place atop the Swiss cheese.
Whip eggs, gradually adding the cream and milk mixture. Pour egg mixture over shrimp.
Bake for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake 35 minutes longer.
