Shrimp Peioleau
Shrimp Peioleau is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, 1 lb. okra, 1 medium bell pepper, 1 medium onion and salt and pepper (season to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut okra, bell pepper and onion in small pieces.
Saute with shrimp in saucepan after frying 4 strips of bacon (drain oil from pan, leaving bacon strips in, cut in small pieces).
Wash rice, leaving small amount of water after washing.
Put all ingredients in baking pan or dish.
Add tomato sauce.
Season to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook in oven at 350Β° for 1 hour.
After one hour, stir.
Turn oven off, leaving pan in oven until oven cools.
