Shrimp Mousse
Shrimp Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/3 c. cold water, 1 can undiluted tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add water to gelatin and mix in blender. Heat soup in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add to gelatin in blender with cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Blend until smooth.
Pour back into saucepan and stir in remaining ingredients by hand.
Pour into a lightly greased mold and let set until firm.
Unmold and serve on lettuce.
