Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. knox gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 c. campbell's tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Soak gelatin in water.
Heat soup (right from can) to boiling and add cream cheese.
With fork, beat until cream cheese is thoroughly blended and smooth.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Cool. Add mayonnaise, celery, onion and shrimp.
Pour into 4 cup mold and refrigerate until firm.
Unmold on serving platter and garnish as desired.
Serve with bread or crackers.
Serves 12 to 16.
