Shrimp Mold

Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 2 tbsp. cold water, 3 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and finely chopped, or 3 small cans shrimp, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dissolved gelatin and lemon juice.
Add shrimp, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and hot sauce.
Put in lightly oiled fish mold and chill.
Unmold and serve with crackers and Melba toast.
