Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can shrimp, drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg. knox gelatin, diluted with 1/4 c. cold water, 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat the soup in a saucepan and add the gelatin.
Mix well. Add the cream cheese.
When the cream cheese has melted, add the celery, green onion and shrimp.
Pour mixture into a buttered mold and chill until set.
Invert onto a serving plate and serve with crackers.
