Shrimp Mold
Shrimp Mold is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours. Made with large philadelphia cream cheese, tomato soup, shrimp, c. celery, chopped fine and c. green onions, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Dissolve gelatin in water (set aside).
Pour soup in pot.
Do not add water.
Heat to boiling. Add cream cheese in soup.
Stir until melted.
Add celery and green onions.
Cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp and mayonnaise.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add dash of salt (Tony's seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder to taste).
Pour gelatin into pot with soup and other ingredients.
Mix.
Pour into greased mold.
Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
