Shrimp In Garlic Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. parsley flakes and 1 pkg. frozen shrimp, peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place butter in custard cup.
Microwave on High for 30 to 40 seconds until melted.
Stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. Separate shrimp and place in 9 or 10-inch diameter dish.
Pour butter mixture over shrimp evenly.
Cover tightly.
Microwave 5 to 8 minutes until shrimp are opaque, stirring every 2 minutes.
Let stand, covered, for 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve over noodles or some form of pasta.
