To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and cooking sherry.
Add bread crumbs and toss.
Place shrimp in baking dish.
Spoon the butter mixture over.
Bake in a slow oven (325Β°) for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs brown.
Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving.
