Shrimp Creole Soup
Shrimp Creole Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sliced celery, 1/2 c. sliced green onions, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 pouch campbell's chicken rice soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook celery, green onions and garlic in oil until celery is tender, stirring often. Stir in soup mix, tomatoes with their liquid, water, bay leaf, sugar, thyme, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp; cover.
Simmer 5 minutes more or until shrimp are opaque.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
