Shrimp Creole Microwave
Shrimp Creole Microwave is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 to 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place butter in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Heat full power 20 to 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in green pepper, onion and celery. Cook full power 6 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir halfway through. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and stir to blend.
Mix in tomatoes. Cook full power until heated, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cook full power about 6 minutes, or until shrimp are fully cooked.
Stir twice during time.
Remove bay leaf.
