Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive American dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with large onions, chopped, medium bell pepper, chopped, celery, chopped, garlic, chopped and large can whole tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 4 ingredients in frying pan with enough cooking oil to cover.
Simmer over low fire until clear.
Combine rest of ingredients; start to simmer on low heat with lid on.
After first mixture is completed, add to mixture but drain part of oil. Simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over rice.
