Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, stewed and cut up, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 green pepper, cut up and 2 stalks celery, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Empty tomatoes into 2-quart saucepan.
Add tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, green pepper, celery and green onion.
Cook covered on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add spices and seasoning and cook another 5 minutes.
Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water.
Then stir into tomato mixture to thicken.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
