Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. jumbo shrimp, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 chopped onion, 1 minced clove garlic and 1 chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Devein and clean shrimp; saute in oil until they turn pink. Add onion, garlic and green pepper; saute.
Add parsley, tomato sauce, ketchup, bay leaf, cooking wine, salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 30 minutes. Serve over white rice.
