Onions, green pepper and celery
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, hot sauce and sugar.
Simmer slowly
30 to 45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Minutes prior to serving, add cooked, peeled shrimp.
Serve over rice.
