Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In pan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bring to a boil. Cover and allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
(If you're using uncooked shrimp, cook 10 to 15 minutes.)
