Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. onion slices, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 c. bell pepper, chopped, 3 tbsp. bacon drippings and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

SautΓ© onion, celery and pepper in drippings.
Do not allow to brown.
Add flour and stir until moistened.
Slowly add tomatoes and ketchup, stirring to blend.
Add Worcestershire sauce and salt, mixing well.
Add cooked shrimp long enough to get hot, just before serving.
Serve over mounds of cooked rice.
