Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 5 stalks celery, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 green pepper, chopped and 1 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute celery, onion, green pepper, garlic and parsley.
Add flour, tomato paste, water, thyme, salt, pepper, bay leaves and hot pepper sauce.
Cook for 1 hour at low heat.
Add shrimp and cook until done.
