Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. shrimp, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel, devein and wash shrimp.
Melt butter in a large skillet and saute onion and green pepper.
Stir in garlic; remove from heat and blend in flour.
Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Add water, then stir in shrimp and seasonings.
Cover; simmer 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
