Shrimp Creole
Shrimp Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 1 lb. fresh or frozen, shelled and cleaned shrimp, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large saucepan bring 4 cups water to a boil.
Add shrimp and simmer 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Drain and set aside.
A large skillet combine onion, green pepper and 1/4 cup water. and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are slightly tender.
Do not drain.
