Shrimp Casserole Harpin
Shrimp Casserole Harpin is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. raw shrimp, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. salad oil, 3/4 c. rice and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Early in the day, cook shrimp as directed.
Place in 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with lemon juice and oil.
Cook rice as label directs; drain.
Refrigerate all.
About 1 hour and 10 minutes before serving, start heating oven to 350Β°.
In butter, saute green pepper and onion for 5 minutes.
Add to shrimp in casserole, along with rice and other ingredients, except 1/4 cup almonds and paprika.
Top with reserved almonds and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 55 minutes or until bubbly.
