Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 oz. very thin noodles, cooked just until tender, 1 can cream of shrimp soup, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine soup, milk, salt and mayonnaise.
Lightly saute the onions and mushrooms; add soup mixture.
Blend well.
Stir in cheese, shrimp and cooked noodles.
Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 325Β°.
Top with Chinese noodles; bake another 10 minutes.
