Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 minced onion, 2 tomatoes, cut up and 1/2 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add onion and tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.
Blend cream and flour and add along with sherry, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Add shrimp and put in large buttered casserole.
Top with crumbs and bake in 350Β° oven until brown, 20 minutes.
