Shrimp Cajun
Shrimp Cajun is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. celery, chopped fine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Make in electric frypan at 300°.
Melt butter, saute onion, pepper and celery.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Add tomatoes and cover; let simmer for 20 minutes.
Add cooked shrimp, cheese tortelles, ham and frozen peas.
Let simmer 15 minutes at 220°.
