Shrimp Bayou
Shrimp Bayou is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. water, 4 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp, 1 c. vegetable oil, 2/3 c. finely chopped celery and 1/2 c. chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Peel and devein shrimp. Combine oil and remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Add shrimp; toss gently.
Cover and chill mixture 8 hours, tossing occasionally.
