Mix together soup and cream cheese in saucepan on low. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to soup mixture and reheat. Don't boil.
Add celery, green pepper, onion, shrimp, crabmeat and mayonnaise.
Pour in a large ring mold and chill 6 hours.
Unmold and serve with crackers.
