Shrimp and Broccoli Casserole
Shrimp And Broccoli Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. broccoli, defrosted, 1 pkg. knorr brand hollandaise sauce, 1 pkg. knorr brand mushroom sauce, 1 lb. peeled shrimp and half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Saute shrimp for 6 to 8 minutes in butter.
Mix the sauces. Follow instructions on the package for the Hollandaise sauce and mushroom sauce for the quantity of liquid, but use half and half instead of milk.
Layer broccoli in baking dish (flat).
Cover with shrimp.
Pour sauce over.
Bake at 325° to 350° for about 30 minutes.
Can sprinkle Italian bread crumbs 5 minutes before done.
