Shredded Potato Casserole

Made with 2 lb. frozen shredded potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup of butter, salt and pepper.
Add cheese.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
Drizzle remaining butter on top.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
