Shortcut Strawberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. colored miniature marshmallows, 2 pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed (in syrup), 1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Butter the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spread the miniature marshmallows evenly bottom.
Combine strawberries, syrup and dry gelatin.
In a large bowl, combine the rest the ingredients.
Blend and beat for 3 minutes. Spoon the batter over the marshmallows, then spoon the strawberry mixture over the batter.
At 350Β° to 50 minutes. Serve hot, warm or cool ice cream or whipped cream.
