Butter the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spread the miniature marshmallows evenly bottom.
Combine strawberries, syrup and dry gelatin.
In a large bowl, combine the rest the ingredients.
Blend and beat for 3 minutes. Spoon the batter over the marshmallows, then spoon the strawberry mixture over the batter.
At 350Β° to 50 minutes. Serve hot, warm or cool ice cream or whipped cream.
