Shirley's Strawberry Slush
Shirley'S Strawberry Slush is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice, 3 cans water and 12 oz. apricot nectar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve 1 1/2 cups sugar in 2 cups boiling water; add 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice and 3 cans water.
Set aside.
Mix 12 ounces apricot nectar, 3 diced bananas, 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, 1 (10 ounce) frozen strawberries and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in blender; add to orange juice mixture.
Makes 24 to 30 servings.
Keep in freezer.
Stir several times as slush freezes. To serve, mix 1/2 gallon slush and 1/2 glass 7-Up.
