Shirley's Nutty Pretzel Strawberry Salad
Shirley'S Nutty Pretzel Strawberry Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pretzels, 1 1/4 sticks margarine, melted, 2 tbsp. sugar, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix pretzels, margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Pat in pan and bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Blend cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add 1/2 package gelatin, which has been mixed with 2 tablespoons water.
Fold in topping and spread over cooled pretzel mix.
Mix strawberry gelatin and boiling water.
Stir in 1/2 package unflavored gelatin, which has been mixed with 2 tablespoons water. Add strawberries.
Let thicken or partially set.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Serves 10 to 12.
