Grease small roaster or baking dish with lid.
Place sliced potatoes in bottom. Season, then layer ground beef, season, onion, celery, rice, beans and soup over top.
Add 1/2 to 2/3 can water from soup can.
Cover.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350Β° until potatoes are tender.
Serves 4 to 6.
