Sherry Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean stew meat, cut in bite size pieces, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix, 1/4 c. cooking sherry and 1/2 to 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put raw meat into 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Add to beef.
Stir well.
Cover.
Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours in 325Β° oven.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
