Sherried Beef
Sherried Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. beef stew, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 pkg. lipton onion soup, 1 small can mushrooms and 3/4 c. dry sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put beef in casserole.
Add mushroom soup and mushrooms. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
Add dry sherry.
Cover casserole dish.
Bake approximately 3 hours in a 325Β° oven.
Do not open. The last 1/2 hour, bake uncovered.
(Check for doneness.)
Use large casserole dish, or it may boil over.
