Shepherds Pie
Shepherds Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat and onion until brown; drain off fat.
Add can of mushroom soup and can of chicken soup until well mixed.
Cook potatoes and mash; add butter, salt and pepper.
Put meat in casserole and top with mashed potatoes.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.
This freezes well also.
