Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn, salt and pepper to taste, 4 c. mashed potatoes and 1/2 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Gently mix together with cream-style corn.
Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mashed potatoes atop meat mixture. Top with pats of butter or margarine.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes, uncovered.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
