Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, minced, 1 can whole kernel corn and 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel, quarter, boil and mash potatoes.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add to meat the onion, corn and taco seasoning and mix well.
Brown until onion is tender (may add water if needed).
In baking dish, place 1/2 of the mashed potatoes.
Put a layer of the corn and beef mixture on top.
Then place remaining potatoes on top of the corn and beef.
Place in a 350Β° oven until it starts to brown.
Take out and top with Cheddar cheese.
Place back in oven until cheese melts.
