Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 medium onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 to 2 lb. ground beef, 3 tbsp. butter and 6 potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion with oil.
Add ground beef and brown.
Grease with butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Boil 6 potatoes (peeled) for 40 minutes.
Mash with milk and butter.
Place ground beef and onion in bottom of casserole dish.
Add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
Drain can of peas and layer peas over beef. Place mashed potatoes on top of peas; dab with butter.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes, then serve.
Makes 4 servings.
