Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 can vegetable soup, 1 can tomato soup and 5 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef and onion.

Drain off grease.

Add soups and mushrooms.

Put in 3-quart casserole.
