Shepherd Pie
Shepherd Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can corn or green beans, drained, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated and 5 or 6 potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Boil potatoes and drain.
Add butter and dash of milk.
Mash and add salt and pepper.
Fry ground beef and drain.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and vegetables.
Heat until warm.
Pour into baking dish and spread mashed potatoes over mixture and top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted.
Serves 4 or 5.
