Cook noodles according to box.
In large Pyrex, layer 1/2 of cooked noodles, hamburger and 1 jar of sauce; layer on slices of Velveeta and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
Repeat process.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
