Sharon's Oatmeal Cookies
Sharon'S Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. canola oil, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Beat oil and sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in oats and nuts.
Drop by rounded cookie scoop on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 11 to 12 minutes.
Cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing cookies from sheet to cooling rack.
Store in tightly closed container.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen depending on cookie size.
